We're Phil and Shaunacy Fisher, and UNSTAINED was born from our desire to live boldly for Christ and encourage others to do the same.

Our stories looked very different before we met. Phil grew up as a pastor’s kid, surrounded by the church and faith from a young age. Shaunacy’s story was different—she came to know Jesus just two years ago, experiencing a transformation from Saul to Paul as God completely changed the direction of her life. In December, she graduated from seminary, a journey that is a testimony to just how radically God can transform a life surrendered to Him.

Yet God met each of us where we were and began writing a story neither of us could have planned.

We met at church after both serving and leading for two years without ever crossing paths. Then, on January 18, our story began. After a FaceTime date that Friday and our first in-person date that Sunday, just 70 days later, we stood at the altar as husband and wife.

From the beginning, we chose to put Christ at the center. Having experienced relationships where we rushed into the physical and were left feeling empty, we wanted to do things differently. We chose purity, surrendered our relationship to God, and waited to share our first kiss until the altar.

It wasn’t always easy, but it was worth it.

Our story is a reminder that God’s way is worth trusting, surrender is worth it, and a life set apart for Him is worth pursuing.

Inspired by James 1:27 — “to keep oneself unstained from the world” — UNSTAINED was created as a reminder to stand firm in your faith, remain rooted in God’s Word, and live boldly for Jesus in a world that constantly pulls us away from Him.
